That's why we regularly donate to local charities and volunteer our time to support community events and initiatives. We believe that by giving back, we can help make our community a better place to live and work, and we take pride in knowing that we are making a positive impact in the lives of our neighbors.
Christmas in Brazil 🇧🇷
Every year we visit Amanda Neilsen's family in Brazil and try to bring some cheer to kids that don't have the same opportunities that we do. There is no greater joy than seeing their excitement when they feel appreciated and seen. This experience has taught our kids so much about the social inequality that exists outside of our bubbles.
In 2021, we raised 501% of our goal and were able to help children in Brazil experience what was their first real Christmas. They were able to meet Santa, open Christmas gifts, have a Christmas dinner, and experience what it means to be together on Christmas.
As a Military family, we know how important our Military's service is. Anything our team can do to help and honor our Military is done with great pride. Boot Campaign is a worthy cause who's mission is to unite Americans to honor and restore the lives of veterans and military families through individualized, life-improving programs.
Each May for #MilitaryAppreciationMonth, Team Neilsen participates in the Movement Mortgage Loan Challenge. For every loan we close, we will donate $50 to Boot Campaign with the Movement Mortgage Foundation matching each donation.
We also participate in Boot Campaign's 31 miles in 31 days to raise awareness, where we run, walk, bike, hike, or swim 31 miles or more in the month of May.
We are incredibly proud to be a Military family, and we are excited to contribute to such a worthy cause.

Movement Foundation exists to love and value people by leading a movement of change in our industry, in corporate culture, and in communities.

Movement created the Love Works fund to act as a source of financial support to employees and their family members in times of crisis.
The fund is comprised of employee contributions. This fund is one small way that our staff can love each other by providing a helping hand when it's needed most.
